SR Networks was formed in late 1999 to offer IT support solutions to small businesses. From there the company has grown to the point where it now offers a full range IT services and products to its increasing collection of clients.

We spend most of our IT support on looking for the start of fault, so it is usually fixed before the client even knows there was a problem. |

Purchasing software and hardware for your business is complicated, and you have to rely on the advice of an IT professional. There are usually many options to choose from, but our competitors often pick the solution which is either the easiest for them to implement. Or the one with the highest margin. We don’t! | Certified partner status | As you look around other IT support companies website you will see a plethora of badges and logos indicating they are trained resellers of the product. This is a bad thing. It means that whilst they often know that product better than anyone, it should indicate to you that you are also likely to only be offered that one! We do not have any such agreements with suppliers and concentrate solely on providing clients with solutions that match their needs. |
| Custom built servers | Dell, IBM and HP all make very good servers. The only problem is their range is limiting. If you want a fairly normal speed server but with huge amounts of storage, then you have to purchase their top model. SR Networks only offers custom built servers which are tailored to you exact needs, and nobody elses. We have never failed to offer a more cost effective solution for servers of the same specification. |
