is free of chargeWe don’t provide expensive “telephone
services” where customers are tied up for hours on the
phone on premium rate lines and run the risk of making the problem
worse. We are happy to respond to short queries over the telephone
but will use our experience to advise when an on-site visit
is needed to quickly sort out the problem. Any telephone support
under five minutes is always free.
We also don’t believe it is acceptable for a client to
not have access to their equipment, which is why we prefer to
offer proper on-site repair and maintenance. With a RTB (Return
To Base) support provider a customer runs the risk of their
system being unavailable for weeks, sometimes months on end.
This can cause huge problems for a business or organisation,
